We wish to transfer what our restaurant Arany Kaviár represents, via the
gastro experience, where tradition meets creative innovation, during a
particular culinary journey.
We wish to be unique in the world of fine dining based on our carefully
defined style of cuisine. Its corner stones are: our caviar selection, our
traditions and the continuous motivation to evolve.
Our line is the evolution. Being led by 3 decades’ expertise, our team’s vitality
and our set of values, with the personal attention in its focus. The role to
accompany our guests throughout an evening filled with fascinating moments
is the most beautiful part of our profession.
Whether the location in the Castle district, the intimate interior, a glass of
sparkling wine / champagne in our hand, the caviar tasting; or above all the

BABEL *

Hubert Hlatky-Schlichter’s Michelin star restaurant provides an unprecedented
fine dining experience in the heart of Budapest. Babel is fascinated by nature
and constantly inspired by traditional Hungarian cuisine as well as the
exquisite world of Transylvania. The menu, created by Executive Chef István
Veres, is based on the Chef’s personal memories and his childhood growing
up in Transylvania. This visionary young Chef believes in creating
distinguished and breathtaking gastronomic dishes that feed the soul. The wine
list features a unique selection of more than 200 Hungarian wines, carefully
selected from within the Carpathian basin.

CAVIAR & BULL BUDAPEST

The restaurant – founded by the visionary Maltese chef/gastronomy
ambassador Marvin Gauci – is located in the heart of Budapest, adjacent to the
prestigious Corintha Hotel. The stylish place is real gem which walks in the
footsteps of its Maltese counterpart yet provides a unique culinary experience
with local fresh ingredients from the best suppliers. The menu consists of
Caviar&Bull signature dishes (such as Gauci’s legendary Lobster Popcorn)
and key staples of Hungarian cuisine such as the use of the local grey cattle,
Mangalica pig, Foie gras, paprika – and of course, Tokaj wine. The excellent

COSTES DOWNTOWN

In June, 2015 a new chapter started in the life of Costes Group. The sister
restaurant – named Costes Downtown opened. The Costes Downtown was
awarded with Michelin Star in 2016 March, shortly after its opening. In the
restaurant we offer for gastronomy lovers breakfast, lunch and dinner every
day. Furthermore in Costes Downtown the meals are getting prepared in an
open kitchen. Thus the real gastro fanatics can book at the Chef’s Table.
Costes Downtown is waiting for its guests in the city centre with a friendly,
more “bistro-like” environment, relaxed atmosphere.

CYRANO RESTAURANT

Budapest’s first trendy downtown restaurant, continues on the cutting edge

seems more intimate, with the upstairs Cosmo Room available only for private

Executive Chef Katona Dániel is dedicated to uphold culinary

The 2 Michelin-Star awarded Platán Gourmet Restaurant offers our guests an

The newly designed Restaurant’s interior serves as a moderate backdrop to the
culinary experience, but it also creates a characteristic milieu for our guests.
The Restaurant can be found on the moat’s level, connected to the Manor’s
salon by a passageway reminiscent of wine cellars, where you can marvel at
our wine safe and champagne selection. Our dinner guests walk through the
salons and the passageway to arrive at the Gourmet Restaurant, where the

favorite destinations’ cuisines: the degustation menu represents countries from
East to West, actualizing a cliché and enlivening the spirit of the nation
through a mind-blowing culinary journey.
